AB Group assists and advises companies with, large scale investments, real estate projects, foreign expansion and general business matters. Its services in this sector range from market studies to creating and/or reviewing financial projections, to full project management services.

At present, AB Group is engaged in the following projects:

• Project Management on Industrial Park in Romania
  
  Since 2006, it has been engaged as project manager by a Swiss- Romanian consortium for all aspects of the creation of a 30’000 sqm (built surface) industrial park near Bucharest, Romania. AB Group conducted market studies and feasibility, selected site location, arranged purchase of land and handled – along with local advisors selected by it – land acquisition transaction. Thereafter it arranged equity and debt financing via foreign investors and local banks and selected general contractor. Since inception it is tasked with project oversight, marketing and oversight of the local estate agencies tasked with the sale and rental of the units. The industrial park, known as the New Europe Industrial and Logistic Park, will have a value of roughly EUR 15 million upon completion.

• Market and Feasibility study on Wind Park and Photovoltaic Installation
  
  On behalf of investors, AB Group is currently researching and studying two alternative energy projects. One is a wind park in Eastern Europe and the other is a photovoltaic installation in southern Italy.
