AB Group Legal & Consulting is a Swiss sagl (LLC) that provides services in the areas of Legal Consulting, Business Consulting and Investment Advisory. AB Group's directors are Mr Brandon Ahearn and Mr Paolo Floriani.

BRANDON AHEARN, President
Mr Ahearn is a licenced attorney at law, holding degrees from the USA (Jur. Dr.), from Germany (LL.M.) and diploma in Finance Law from the Univ. of Zürich. Prior to AB Group, he was in house counsel for two multinationals in Switzerland. As In-house counsel, he was involved in a legal matters in wide range of fields in numerous countries. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate. He is fluent in German, Italian, Spanish and English and also speaks French, Romanian and Russian.

PAOLO FLORIANI, Director
Mr Floriani is a Qualified Swiss Corporate Advisor and Trustee (fiduciario), and is a partner or director in many holding and finance corporations in Switzerland, Italy and the USA. His experience includes banking, corporate finance, and real estate investments. He holds a master's degree in Management and Auditing from Bocconi University in Milan. He is fluent in Italian and English and also speaks French.
